We have a very limited supply of grass fed beef available for 2017. Our 2016 customers and CSA members were given the first opportunities and most beef is reserved but not quite all. You'll find more details here: 2017 Grass Fed Beef
This year we raised our first pigs and are planning to raise more in 2017. We're not taking reservations yet but if you might be interested, let us know so we'll have a better idea of how many we'll need.
