For 2019, we are blessed to have Steven Hebbard overseeing our vegetable gardening. He and his wife Bethany recently founded Avodah Family Farms. Steven brings 10 years of Austin area organic farming experience to our gardens here at Blessing Falls. He’s in charge of growing, harvesting, and packing all the produce for our CSA shares and the harvests will supply the Avodah Family Farms shares as well. With help from friends and apprentices, he’s hard at work in the field throughout the week.
With Steven focused on the produce, the rest of the Blessing Falls team will have more time to care for our grass fed beef herd, pasture raised pigs, laying hens, grape vines, blackberries, and fruit orchard. Together, we hope to provide more natural farm produce, meat, eggs, and fruit than ever before.
