The Austin Carnivore MeetUp group and several other families joined us for a midsummer farm tour. After a short history of the farm and a quick introduction to raising grass fed beef, we mingled among the cattle. Next we covered the basics of our pasture-raised hogs. Several smaller groups went into the hog pasture a few at a time, to not overwhelm the curious hogs with too many at once.
